Oral presentations
  • All speakers should prepare slides of their presentation in MS PowerPoint. LCD projections will be on disposal.
  • Presentations should be brought to the Workshop by the authors on CD-ROM and/or memory stick. Do not mail your presentation to the organizers.
  • Please bring your slides if possible the day before, but at least 3 hours before the presentation to the Slide Preview room for upload by the technician.

All oral presentations will be held in Hall Albert I. Please refer to the scientific programme for the exact time scheduling.

Poster presentations

  • The poster should be in portrait-style, not exceeding 80 cm width x 120 cm height.
  • Posters should be brought to the Workshop by the authors. Do not mail them to the organizers.
  • Each poster will be indicated with the appropriate number on the panel (corresponding to the number of the abstract in the abstract book) and attached to the board with tape, provided by the organizers.
  • A headline strip on the poster at least 20 cm high should include the title, authors and affiliations with lettering of at least 2.5 cm height.
  • The poster should contain: Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion. The data should be understandable without oral explanation. The use of figures and tables with a minimum of text is encouraged.
  • A poster should be designed in a way that everything is readable from at least 2 m distance.
  • The poster is to be mounted between 9.00 and 18.30 h on Monday, October 2, 2006 and dismounted on Thursday, October 5, 2006.

Posters should be presented in Hall Fabiola and Hall Boudewijn according to the following time schedule:

  • Poster session I: P1.1 to P4.24
    Tuesday, October 3, 2006 10.40 – 11.10 hrs (coffee break)
      13.10 – 14.30 hrs (lunch break)
  • Poster session II: P5.1 to P10.4, PEU.1-2
    Wednesday, October 4, 2006 10.40 – 11.10 hrs (coffee break)
      12.50 – 14.30 hrs (lunch break)
